The Terms and Conditions of Membership of Waimairi Tennis Club (“the Club”) are set out below:
- I (and, if applicable, my child) am applying to become an Individual Member of the Club, a Non-Voting Individual Member of the applicable Regional Tennis Organisation (RTO) or Local Tennis Partner (LTP) and of Tennis New Zealand (TNZ).
- I (and, if applicable, my child) agree to be bound by the rules, regulations, constitutions, policies and codes of those entities. I agree that I will comply with the rules of tennis, tournament rules and other rules related to Tennis, or any Tennis events, approved by TNZ.
- I consent to the Club collecting and using my personal information (and, if applicable, my child's personal information) in accordance with the applicable privacy policies binding the Club, SportLogic, RTO/LTP and TNZ for managing my membership and supporting the delivery and development of tennis in New Zealand.
- I will promptly update and/or advise the Club of any changes to my membership information.
- I acknowledge and agree that, by becoming a member of the Club, I am subject to the jurisdiction of the Club
- All liability is excluded and you participate in a Club programme, event or use of the Club and its facilities at your own risk. You must seek your own medical advice or yourself or your child regarding your physical capabilities and constraints before participating.
- If I am a parent or guardian of a child who is joining as a member I am also applying for Individual Membership of the same organisations, as required under the Tennis New Zealand Constitution 2025
- I have read and understood the above terms and the Tennis New Zealand Privacy Policy
